Geoffrey Rochwarger

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
IDT Energy

Geoffrey Rochwarger is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IDT Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Genie Energy. In addition, he serves as Vice Chairman of Genie Energy.

IDT Energy is the largest independent retail energy provider serving residential and small business customers in New York State, and serves rapidly-growing customer bases in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Rochwarger launched IDT Energy in November 2004 while serving as President of IDT Capital, a division of IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT) that he founded to incubate new business initiatives. IDT Energy has been profitable since its inception and has grown annual revenues to approximately $200 million.

At IDT, Mr. Rochwarger also served as the Executive Vice President of IDT Telecom and as a member of IDT Telecom's Board of Directors. At IDT Telecom, Geoff was instrumental in launching the Company's pioneering wholesale carrier telecommunications business.

Prior to joining IDT in 1995, Mr. Rochwarger served as the Senior Operations Manager at an international freight forwarding company.

Geoffrey Rochwarger earned his BA in Economics and Psychology at Yeshiva University in New York.

Terrence P. Stronz

Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations
IDT Energy

Terry Stronz is an experienced finance and accounting executive with over 25 years of professional accounting experience. As IDT Energy's Senior Vice President for Finance and Operations, Terry is responsible for the Company's financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, analytical review and financial relationships with suppliers and lenders.

Terry has been SVP Finance and Operations of IDT Energy (IDTE) since 2005. In this position, Terry has helped to guide the Company through a period of rapid growth and expansion, from revenues of approximately $12 million in 2005 to $200 million today. Previously, Terry served as Chief Financial Officer for North American Energy, Inc., a New York based energy retailer acquired by IDT Energy.

Terry's career includes twenty years with Buffamante Whipple Buttafaro, P.C., (BWB), one of the leading public accounting firms in New York State.

At BWB, Terry was responsible for providing high-quality, timely counsel to companies in a range of industries. His consulting practice focused on advising clients with regard to profit enhancement, tax planning, negotiations with taxing authorities and costing systems. In this capacity, Terry's industry focus included oil and gas, steel fabricators and various manufacturing companies. His responsibilities at BWB also included a central role in administration as director of human resources. He also led the firm's office in Jamestown, New York and served on BWB's executive and compensation committees.

Throughout his career, Terry has contributed to his community in board and executive roles for a number of civic organizations. He is currently a member of the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation, where he serves on the investment committee. Terry is also a Director and Treasurer of the Moon Brook Country Club. His former civic involvement included service as a board member and executive of the Jamestown Area YMCA, Director and Treasurer of the Chautauqua Region Multiple Sclerosis Society and as a volunteer at the Jamestown YMCA Youth Basketball Program.

Terry is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a BA in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Saint Bonaventure University.

Jeff Hendler

Chief Commercial Officer
IDT Energy

Jeff Hendler has served as IDT Energy's Chief Commercial Officer since 2004. Mr. Hendler has broad executive responsibility for product offerings, retail market assessment, gross margin and risk management as well as wholesale market procurement.

Prior to joining IDT Energy, Mr. Hendler was Senior Risk Manager on the energy swaps and options desk at Mirant Corporation, an Atlanta-based energy company and operator of 13 plants that produces and markets electricity across the United States. Earlier, he was the manager of the structured products desk for institutional wholesale power and gas offerings at Mirant Corp's former parent, Southern Company. Mr. Hendler began his career in energy trading and marketing at the Philbro commodity division of Salomon Brothers.

Mr. Hendler serves on the executive committee of the National Energy Marketers Association and is acting Chairman of group's Smart Grid and Retail Electricity Policy Committees. He is an active member of New York's Independent System Operator and PJM. A graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Mr. Hendler is also an advisor/member of the Wharton Energy Network.

Alan Schwab

Chief Operating Officer
IDT Energy

Alan Schwab is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of IDT Energy. As COO, Alan is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business including sales, operations, compliance, customer service and technology. Under his leadership, IDT Energy has expanded its customer base particularly in the newly opened New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets.

Before joining IDT Energy, Alan excelled in a succession of senior operations positions at IDT beginning at IDT Telecom, which he joined in 1996. As SVP at IDT Telecom, Alan managed the routing, provisioning and switching translations for IDT's global telecommunications network.

Alan subsequently was named COO of IDT Capital, the division of IDT responsible for new business initiatives and incubation. In that capacity, he directed the development of over a dozen successful start-ups, including IDT Energy.

Alan holds an MBA from Barry University.
